The Working Mind
The Working Mind (TWM) is an evidence-based training program designed to begin a shift in how you think, act, and feel about mental health. This program provides practical knowledge and skills to help reduce stigma.

The Working Mind has several adaptations tailored to specific industries and delivered separately for employees and managers, catering to specific needs and roles. These include TWM First Responder, Legal Sector, Health Care, Long-term Care, Oral Health Professionals, Trades, and Sports.
Mental Health First Aid
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) provides you with the skills needed to extend crucial support to individuals navigating mental health crises or challenges. Much like traditional first aid, MHFA fosters the ability to identify common signs of distress and deliver immediate aid until professional assistance is accessible​.
Course Structure

Module 1: Self-Directed (2 Hours): An introductory module that lays the foundation of MHFA actions.

Module 2: Live Classroom (3.5 hours): Focuses on applying MHFA actions in scenarios of declining mental well-being and adapting conversations for diverse groups.

Module 3: Live Classroom (3.5 hours): Enhances skills in crisis management and highlights the importance of self-care.

Introduction to Psychological Health and Safey
Psychological health and safety must be embedded throughout workplace systems and practices to protect workers and provide safer systems to reduce risk and prevent psychological harm.

In this half-day facilitator-led training program, participants will learn the basics of psychological health and safety and why it matters. Discover the essential elements that contribute to a psychologically healthy and safe workplace.

One-hour Webinar Sessions
Cultivating Self-Compassion
In this transformative interactive online one-hour education session on self-compassion, participants will learn through guided exercises and insightful discussions to cultivate a nurturing inner voice. By the end of the session, attendees will have powerful tools to navigate life's challenges with greater self-acceptance and begin developing a healthier relationship with themselves. A handout is included for the session.
Mental Health: Moral Injury / Vicarious Trauma
Attending this training can be a valuable step towards optimizing your mental fitness and overall well-being and provides strategies for building resilience. By learning about moral injury, vicarious trauma, and workplace stressors, you can gain a deeper understanding of the challenges that can impact your mental health. Remember, just as you would invest in your physical fitness, taking the time to invest in your mental fitness is crucial for leading a fulfilling and balanced life.
Building Resilience in Adversity
In this empowering online one-hour education session on resilience, participants will explore the key components of resilience. Through examples and interactive activities, attendees will learn how to adapt positively to change, overcome setbacks, and bounce back from difficult experiences. By the end of the session, participants will be equipped with practical strategies to build resilience and embrace challenges as opportunities for growth. A handout is included for the session.
